How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At This Is Name It, we handcraft each order in our workshop, taking care of every detail before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

• Shipping to Andorra
  Cost: €3.50
  Delivery is made in person to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
• Shipping to Spain
  Cost: €5.90
  We work with MRW as our shipping company. Delivery time is 3 to 4 business days from the time the company picks up the order.

🔁 Returns

Customized products with workshop defects

Personalized items are non-returnable, as they are custom-made at the customer's request.
However, if the product has any manufacturing defect , we offer repair or replacement free of charge.

If you receive an incorrect order (color, text, shape, etc.), you can request an exchange or refund under these conditions:

• You have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to process the return.
• You must report the incident within the first 24 hours after delivery, by writing to:

• After this period, changes or refunds will not be possible.

Important conditions:

• Returns of products that have been used, damaged or tampered with will not be accepted.
• The item must be sent in perfect condition and in its original packaging .

In the event of a return due to a justified defect, This Is Name It will cover the shipping costs and, depending on your preference, we will issue a full refund or send a new product at no additional cost .
